Socket Weld Y Type Strainer

In small bore lines and other situations where a small amount of material needs to be collected, the Socket Weld Y Type Strainer is a permanently placed strainer that is typically employed. This strainer can be mounted either horizontally or vertically. Small bore threaded piping up to a 3" size uses this. Socket Weld Y Type Strainer features a threaded bushing with a screw at the bottom end to clean it. By releasing the bushing's grip, the screen can be removed. Forged steel, is used in the manufacture of these fittings.
